A recommendation for these school holidays would be the highly anticipated game Stray. You play a cat in a futuristic landscape similar to Cyberpunk but with content fit for a general audience. The graphics were already a visual treat with DirectX 11 and a smooth experience even on a modest i5-8400 budget gaming PC with RX6600XT.
There is a hidden ray tracing mode which can be enabled by right clicking the game in Steam and typing -dx12 in the launch settings. Water reflections and neon lights really take your breath away.
