How many FPS (frames per second) can this PC get?
That depends on the game, graphics detail and resolution. For an estimate of FPS go to gpucheck.com We do not guarantee FPS as this can also fluctuate depending on game optimisation and network speeds.
Does the PC come with wifi?
Yes. We generally provide a basic usb dual band wifi dongle with bluetooth functionality. For a more reliable connection however, it is recommended that gamers connect to the internet via lan cable. For any internet connection issues please contact your internet service provider (ISP).
Can I trade-in my console or imac?
No. We may accept gaming desktops or laptops if the price is attractive. For other items you would be better off selling on an online marketplace.
Can you hold the PC or take deposits?
We will generally only hold for a 24 hour period once full payment has been made on the website. The website currently enables Afterpay, Paypal in 4 or credit card payments.
My PC won’t turn on
Ensure you have the switch at the back of the PSU (power supply unit) turned on and your powerboard has not tripped.
Can you deliver to regional Victoria or interstate?
We can provide same day delivery to metro Melbourne. Delivery further out can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Gaming PCs generally have a tempered glass case which can break in transit. Also heavy graphics cards and coolers can dislodge even if properly secured. Courier and postal services do not insure for damage to PCs.
I’m getting no signal on my monitor
Please ensure you have plugged the monitor into the graphics card NOT the motherboard (where your keyboard and mouse are plugged into).
